At the same time, while none of the members of the Board of Directors of the Association have any particular desire to remain in their current positions or continue the work they have taken responsibility for, none of these difficulties and problems turn them into cowards, and they try to deal with issues with realism and do what is in the interest of the community of attorneys. Now that a few of the problems and disorders of the Association have been stated, it is appropriate to also mention the progress and reforms that have been carried out in the work of the Association: According to the existing minutes, the Board of Directors, in addition to performing its duties, has achieved successes in over seventy sessions, the summaries of which have been published in issues 109, 110, and 111 of the Association, and you are undoubtedly aware of their contents; and in order for the Bar Association to have a new and stronger foundation, a new plan consisting of 150 articles has been prepared which will solve many of the existing disorders.
