There is no doubt in this point that the legal expert, in order to transfer a legal rule into the fabric of social life, finds an easier means in the common language and can even extract expressions, fusions, and combinations from the words and vocabulary of the common language that serve to report deep meanings and specific legal concepts. Legal words and "formulas" are the factors that express legal concepts and rules; these words and formulas are abundant in laws, as well as in regulations and systems approved by the executive power, judicial decisions, and contractual documents, and they serve as reporters of specific legal meanings; for this reason, disregarding them—even if they seem legendary—is difficult. However, apart from this group of concepts that remain intentionally ambiguous and flexible and are inconsistent with the high clarity of words, other legal terms must possess sufficient precision and explicitness; in this case, it does not matter if non-experts and ordinary people do not grasp the exact meaning of each term and expression, what matters is that the term and expression used conveys the specific meaning intended for it. At the same time, the use of the special language of law can be limited to texts that possess a specific legal authority (legal documents - court decisions and rulings - official decrees and permits - laws and regulations) or relate to the technical relationships that exist among legal professionals.
