Truly, how regrettable and lamentable it is that the exquisite language and elegant literature of Persian, with this vastness and breadth of its circle of magnificent and grand prose and poetry and its eloquent and profound landmarks and works, still, like other languages, does not have a complete and comprehensive course of morphology, syntax, semantics, rhetoric, stylistics, and prosody, such that all its principles and rules are derived from the Persian language itself and are obeyed and followed by all the eloquent and oratorical native speakers, so that it could be taught in primary schools, high schools, and universities as selected books, and taught to pupils and students, and also to foreigners who wish to learn the principles and rules of the Persian language, without confusion of mind or distraction of thought, by referring to it— (*) Two thousand copies of this book have been printed on 80-gram paper in cardboard binding and are available for sale at the Sepehr Publications Library (opposite the university) and reputable libraries in Tehran and other cities at a price of 700 Rials per volume.
