چکیده:
In the collection of Persian literature, especially mystical texts, few texts are found that are devoid of the narration of the states of prophets and their stories. One such text, which is influenced by this subject both in its surface and deep structure, is Maqalat-e Shams. In this work, due to the author's interpretive mind, the events included in the history of the lives of the prophets and their sayings have been interpreted based on the author's beliefs. The narration in these articles is either through way of strong reasoning and proof to convey the author's viewpoint, or for the sake of blessing and mental association, or with the intention of introducing the Perfect Man in all dimensions, in which Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) is introduced as a sublime example of such a human being. In this article, with this perspective, the author addresses the attributes of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) in Maqalat-e Shams and shows how Shams deviated from custom in this regard. A noteworthy point is that in this work, Shams considers topics ranging from the most general discussions in the field of prophethood to questioning certain taboos, which in some cases is innovative and artistic. Concepts such as comparing the author himself with the prophets and sometimes opposing them, doubts regarding some hadiths, the implicit comparison of Rumi with the Prophet of Islam, etc., are of this kind. The most prominent attributes of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) in Maqalat-e Shams include: all known sciences of Mohammad (PBUH), the value of the silent Quran compared to the speaking Quran, venerating the Quran not for the sake of God but for the sake of Mohammad (PBUH), the special guest of God, Mohammad (PBUH) as the beloved in the clothing of a lover, the Muhammadan light, the prophet who returned white, the Sultan of Eternity, and other people as wandering birds, complete immersion, the non-independence of Truth from Mohammad (PBUH), divine knowledge (Ilm al-Ladunni), etc., the analysis and interpretation of which are included in the main article.
