چکیده:
Examining any subject related to human life and activity, without considering the intellectual context or worldview of the society in which the subject is being researched, will be a difficult and practically unrealistic and abstract matter. In other words, examining a subject in a specific society and extending it to other societies (with cultural, historical, religious, economic, political, and even environmental and climatic differences) will be illogical and unsuccessful. It is natural that explaining the relationship between 'art' and 'economy' and the influence they have on each other's development will not be exempt from this rule. Thus, the main context for examining the subject of this article will be Iranian-Islamic culture, and with this assumption, the present article will attempt to, firstly, introduce definitions for art and economy derived from the Islamic worldview and Iranian culture as the basis for research. In addition, it will examine the connection between these two subjects in traditional and modern societies and finally present suggestions for present-day Iran. Given the aforementioned points, after mentioning an introduction that addresses the necessity of paying attention to the intellectual context and background of human activities, including art and economy.

Since art is a vehicle that introduces subjectivities as objectivities, or in other words, art in general consists of the expression of a concept (spiritual, psychological, or material related to the three levels of human life)(9) in an attractive, engaging, and effective way on the mind and soul of the audience through material tools and specific methods; it can be said that worldview primarily pays attention to the coordinates of the intended concept and secondarily to the tools and methods.
