چکیده:
Daqa'iq al-Haqa'iq is the name of a book authored in the eighth century by Sheikh Ahmad Rumi. This book—the author of whom considers himself one of the lowliest servants and disciples of Maulana Jalal al-Din Balkhi—is the oldest commentary and interpretation-like work on the Masnavi and the Ghazaliat of Shams, which was published in 1354. In the Tabriz Central Library, there exists a copy titled Haqa'iq al-Daqaiq; according to this version, the author of the book is Baha' al-Din Muhammad, known as Sultan Walad, the son of Maulana Jalal al-Din Muhammad Balkhi. This version, both its name and its author's name being incorrect, is actually the same Daqa'iq al-Haqa'iq by Sheikh Ahmad Rumi. The present article, while discussing how this oversight and error occurred, also introduces the aforementioned manuscript.
خلاصه ماشینی:
In the Central Library of Tabriz, there exists a version titled Haqa'iq al-Daqa'iq; according to this version, the author of the book is Baha al-Din Muhammad, known as Sultan Walad, the son of Maulana Jalal al-Din Muhammad Balkhi.
The late Sayyid Younesi also repeated this error in the Catalogue of the National Library of Tabriz, mentioning the book name as Haqa'iq al-Daqa'iq and attributing it to Baha al-Din Muhammad (Sultan Walad).
Conclusion The conclusion is that the title of the manuscript known as Haqa'iq al-Daqa'iq in the Central Library of Tabriz, which is attributed to Baha al-Din Muhammad bin Mawlana, known as Sultan Walad, is incorrect; in fact, its correct name is Daqa'iq al-Haqa'iq and it is authored by Sheikh Ahmad Rumi.
7 Thirdly, the manuscripts that Jalali Naeini used in his critical edition, in all of which the book name is Daqa'iq al-Haqa'iq and the author is Sheikh Ahmad Rumi, as well as the manuscript in the Central Library of Tabriz, are actually all different versions of a single work, and their differences are within the normal range of variations found in alternative manuscripts.
2. The late Haj Mohammad Nakhjavani wrote a letter to Agha Bozorg Tehrani stating that a manuscript of the book Haqa'iq al-Daqa'iq, authored by Muhammad bin Mawlana (Sultan Walad), exists in the National Library of Tabriz.
