چکیده:
Sirajuddin Ali Khan Arzoo is a great Indian Persian-speaking poet, critic, cultural writer, linguist, and commentator who, as evidenced by his works, is undoubtedly one of the most important and prominent cultural figures in the history of Persian literature. Despite all his importance, he is not as well-known in Iran as he should be; of the approximately sixty books left as his legacy, only Farhang-e Cheragh-e Hedayat, Atiyyah Kubra, and Mohebate Azma have been published in Iran; it is worth noting that all his works should be published critically in Iran, even those books that have been printed abroad—namely India and Pakistan. Atiyyah Kubra and Mohebate Azma, in the words of Arzoo himself, are the first treatises written in the Persian language on the art of Ma'ani and Bayan (rhetoric). The author in this article undertakes to introduce and examine them.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Abstract Siraj al-Din Ali Khan Arzoo is a great Indian Persian-speaking poet, critic, lexicographer, linguist, and commentator who, as evidenced by his works, undoubtedly counts as one of the most important and prominent cultural figures in the history of Persian literature.
For example, books like Tanbih al-Ghafilin, Dad-e Sokhan, or Siraj Munir under the subject of "literary criticism," Khiyaban and Shokofeh Zar under "commentary," and also the rest of the works including dictionaries, collected poems, etc.
47 Another point is what has been said regarding the critical edition of this tazkira by "Zeb al-Nisa Sultan Ali"; it should be noted that she edited this book up to the letter "Z" based on four manuscripts, and that edited part was published in the year 1383 by the Iran and Pakistan Persian Research Publications.
" Arzu himself, in Majma al-Nafais, among his books, mentions a book titled Nawadir al-Alfaz and writes about it: "In explaining the Hindi words whose Persian and Arabic forms were uncommon in India, approximately five thousand verses"48.
53 Another book attributed to Siraj al-Din Ali Khan Arzu is named Ihqaq al-Haqq54, which is another critique by him regarding the poems of Hazin Lahiji, for which no independent copy remains.
