Personnel Transfer Allowance Pursuant to notification number 40/2/7-18265/S dated 86/12/6 from the Training and Human Resources Deputy of the IRGC, the following items are announced: 1.
Travel expenses (moving household goods), if employees do not use IRGC vehicles, travel expenses shall be allocated to them.
2. To employees who retire or become disabled in a geographical location other than their initial place of employment, travel and relocation expenses shall be paid to them based on the notified regulations.
3. Adjustment of the status of veteran employees (Janbaz) Pursuant to notification number 40/2/6-3174/S/T from the Training and Human Resources Deputy of the IRGC regarding the adjustment of the status of veteran employees with the Medical Classification Regulations of the Armed Forces, the following items are announced.
1. Employees who fall into the fourth health level according to the Medical Classification Regulations of the Armed Forces shall be considered equivalent to clause (b) of Article (121) of the IRGC Employment Regulations, and if they are physically or mentally unable to continue continuous service and full-time presence in the IRGC, they may request retirement.
2. The retirement request of the aforementioned employees will be reviewed taking into account organizational principles and interests.
