The soldiers of this war are international propaganda specialists, strategists, and media agents. International news agencies are considered one of the major tools of media warfare in the world. These news agencies, by producing millions of words of news daily and transmitting them with the most advanced communication technologies, hold the global information process under their dominance and control. They can divert world public opinion by censoring a news story or providing extensive coverage of an event. This article describes how global powers exploit media warfare against target countries.
