چکیده:
The peace of Imam Hassan (AS) is one of the most important milestones in the history of Shiism; for this reason, Islamic historians have undertaken the preparation of historical reports in this field since the early days of the event. These reports have been prepared following the method of writing historical books in the early centuries in a narrative style. However, analyzing this event and moving beyond mere narration and the transmission of historical reports from that era is considered a necessity. The present writing aims to introduce one of the most prominent books that has analyzed this part of Islamic history.
خلاصه ماشینی:
The late Sharaf al-Din, referring to the fact that he himself had intended to author a work on the peace of Imam Hassan (AS), writes as follows: I have many times intended to do this, but the wise will of God Almighty decided to inspire someone who is more deserving and worthy than anyone else for this important matter, and he is the provider of this innovative book - Sulh al-Hasan - which is, in truth, the final word on its subject and the reporter of true judgment and the representative of the boundary between truth and falsehood.
-- Allegiance (Bay'ah) [After explaining the conditions prevailing at that time and the people's decision to pledge allegiance to Imam Hassan (AS) as the Caliph of the Messenger of God] All these realities should have compelled Muslims to behave more fairly towards Islam; that is, they should not assign the highest position in the organization of this religion to anyone other than the worthy and the trained ones who are most similar to the Noble Messenger, and they should not call every unworthy person the Caliph of the Prophet.
From the early days of the allegiance, the Khawarij insisted more than all the people of Kufa on fighting Muawiyah, and it was they who, during the allegiance with Hassan ibn Ali (peace be upon them both), stipulated that he should fight the transgressors and the misguided—meaning the people of Sham (Syria)—and he refused their allegiance and said they must pledge allegiance on the condition of "complete obedience and unconditional following in both war and peace.
