Demands: Prioritize unfinished tasks and work like someone who is planned to work for another five years. Supervise your subordinates. Artfully inform the people of the government's actions. Prioritize the progress of science and technology and the reform of culture. Follow up on the policies of Article 44 and the targeting of subsidies with precision regarding their consequences, and avoid avoidable causes of inflation. 4. A Bright Tomorrow: The Supreme Leader, calling the fourth decade of the Revolution the decade of progress and justice, emphasized the necessity of spirituality and rationality alongside those two. He also emphasized finding new ways and methods to solve problems and introduced the Vision Document as a roadmap.
