Answer: Firstly, from the perspective that the college students possess a special motivation and passion and, compared to other universities, they have priority, and as a result, the quality of education and the nature of work in the college is very different.
While if these issues were resolved, the possibility of utilizing instructors more extensively would be provided; therefore, the importance of this matter must be expressed to everyone, and sufficient and necessary tools must be placed at the disposal of instructors, in such a way that the Ideological Department structure becomes established within the organizations of the IRGC and tasks are performed automatically.
A person who is disciplined is more successful both in teaching methods and in life, and growth and progress in scientific discussions is impossible without the existence of discipline; these are matters that have been proven by experience in the field of education.
