In this issue, we briefly address the presentation of educational psychology in the form of: definition, subject, situation, goals, and finally the application of educational psychology; hoping that by studying this section of the quarterly, a brief familiarity with one of the necessary tools of coaching will be achieved for you dear readers. In other words, educational psychology deals with the systematic study of the following items: 1- How and methods of learning and teaching. "1 Subject of Educational Psychology Some experts in educational sciences, considering that the goal of educational psychology is a more correct understanding of "education and training," propose the following three major aspects for its subject: 1- The learner 2- Learning 3- The learning situation or the factors and conditions that affect the learner and the learning process. 2 Based on the three items mentioned above, the following five domains in educational psychology are discussed and examined: 1- Human growth and development: This part includes principles of growth, the influence of heredity and environment, stimuli, intelligence, other talents, interests, and individual differences. 3 In other words, the main subject of educational psychology is "learning behavior," especially in school or educational institutions, and it discusses the following matters: 1- What can the student or learner learn? In this section of the article, we briefly mention some of the practical applications and aids of educational psychology for educators and teachers: A- Increasing the success and skill of teachers and educators in student learning through: 1- Recognizing the nature and essence of the learning process.
