چکیده:
Based on discourse theory, the most important goal of this writing is to examine the process of discursive transformations in the political culture of contemporary Iran, especially during the 1350s, 1360s, and 1370s (Solar Hijri). Based on discourse theory, political culture does not possess stability and permanence, and reflects aspects of a systematic relationship with power. Since the structure and agents of power change, political culture must also recreate such transformations within itself; this is a situation that, according to the findings of this research, has occurred in contemporary Iran.

Based on such an analysis, not only does the political culture of countries undergo change and transformation, but it also produces new subjects and, in this way, provides the necessary grounds for transforming actors and their behavioral patterns; this is exactly what has occurred in the field of political culture in contemporary Iran.
First Discourse: Discursive Elements in Political Culture Based on discourse analysis and inspired by the theories of "Fairclough," "Laclau," and "Mouffe," the indicators of political culture in any society face fundamental changes during different periods; therefore, the foundational role of culture decreases.
On one hand, culture can be interpreted in connection with social groups, and on the other hand, such a transformation can be observed based on the structure and power relations of each historical era, meaning that changes in cultural discourse can be observed in the social environment.
Discourse can reconstruct new structures, which relates to the concept of the fluidity of Iran's political culture within the framework of the discursive approach.
Discourse is consistent with deconstructive templates in Iran's political culture, and each generation attempts to reconstruct aspects of institutionalized structures based on new discursive templates.
