خلاصه ماشینی:
Research Findings: - Injured players in the Japanese professional league have a much better situation regarding receiving wages during injury compared to injured players in the Iranian professional league.
- The type of treatment clubs provide to injured players in the Japanese professional league is much more desirable compared to the Iranian professional league.
- The statutes of the Professional Football League Organization obligate clubs to provide full medical insurance for players, but it has no supervision over this matter.
Therefore, it is suggested that in order to prevent the violation of players' rights and to implement the articles of the regulations by the Professional League Organization, proper supervision and control should be exercised over the insurance matters and wages of injured players.
- It is suggested that the Professional League Organization develops a specific model to unify the imposition of liability insurance in various football stadiums (affiliated or non-affiliated with the Physical Education Organization) and supervises its implementation.
