Furthermore, due to the infinite nature of the world of meaning and the transcendental realm beyond matter, with the increase of human science, knowledge, and awareness, a level of cognition is continuously achieved for humans that is full of originality; thus, art related to spirituality constantly provides both new, fresh, and creative interpretations of fixed principles and employs novel (and, of course, permissible and harmonious) methods to express its findings and knowledge. Lack of Spirituality: The Decline of Art (and Culture) Neglecting spirituality in art education, or in other words, art education (especially the teaching of skills and even theories that are presented as memorized rote learning rather than beliefs) without regard for the spirituality that should govern the art student and their works, creates a ground for the emergence of problems in society, the most important of which are: cultural decline, and the growth and prevalence of materialistic theories such as the "art for art's sake" theory, and in fact, the neutralization of art. (5) In any case, while referring the study of the aforementioned diverse meanings of art to relevant sources, in this brief, art consists of the expression, interpretation, and physical manifestation of spiritual and non-material teachings, inspired by mysticism and awareness of the principles and values that a specific worldview and ontology have defined, for the purpose of satisfying the human sense of truth-seeking and spirituality, in order to soften material life, make worldly life bearable, and bring peace to the soul imprisoned in the body.
