They shall record the departures, periods of absence, and differences in travel expenses for the Divan, and the writing addressed to the aforementioned shall be submitted for true distinction and identification; furthermore, the decrees and regulations regarding employment, tiyul (land grants), annual salaries, money orders, and bonuses for the said group shall be sent with the firman and seal of the aforementioned Excellency, and the copies for the artillerymen shall be presented by the Minister and the Mustawfi of the said office in the noble service in the presence of His Excellency.
