چکیده:
This research was conducted to investigate the status of organizational factors and their relationship with the job burnout of employees in a descriptive-analytical (correlational) manner at the Bandar Anzali Ports and Shipping Organization. In this study, 135 employees working in this organization participated using a random sampling method. The data collection tools in this research were the Maslach Job Burnout Inventory and a researcher-made questionnaire for organizational factors. The results of the research show that more than 1/3 of the employees are at a high level of job burnout in all dimensions, including emotional exhaustion, lack of personal accomplishment, and depersonalization. The results of the Pearson statistical test also indicate that the organizational factors under consideration, including structure, salary and wages, leadership style, job security, culture, occupational health, technology, and organizational strategy, are related to job burnout.

46 Variables that play a role in increasing or decreasing job burnout include: changing the organizational climate (creating friendly and trust-based relationships between individuals), modifying manager's decision-making style, effective control, increasing support and social recognition, involving employees in affairs, and boosting employee morale through various methods such as providing cultural services, establishing a library and audio room, organizing trips, sightseeing and pilgrimage excursions, and playing soft music during work.
