چکیده:
This research was conducted with two main objectives: first, identifying the key success factors of e-commerce websites in Iran, and second, prioritizing these factors. In the first stage, through interviews with e-commerce experts and a comprehensive review of the research literature, a list including 12 key success factors was extracted, and the importance of each factor was determined using a questionnaire from the perspective of experts and specialists. Then, using the results obtained from the questionnaire distribution, factor analysis, and expert interviews, the 12 factors were divided into two general categories: internal levers and external levers. The main findings of this research are a conceptual model of the key success factors of e-commerce websites and the prioritization of the presented main factors (using LISREL software). Using them will significantly help managers of e-commerce websites in improving their services and will serve as a guide for the policymaking sector in the field of e-commerce.
