چکیده:
The promotion of national productivity is made possible through work and effort, and this noble goal can only be achieved when the main source of this effort—namely, hardworking, job-seeking individuals equipped with active consciences in society—exists. Among the root and fundamental problems of our society in achieving cultural, economic, and social development is the weakness of work conscience among a significant portion of the country's employees; its manifestations are clearly observed in economic components, structures, and patterns, and various factors are involved in this regard, with social, organizational, and individual factors being among the most important. Therefore, in this article, an attempt is made to describe and explain the definition of conscience, work conscience, and the intra-organizational factors effective in the intensity and weakness of work conscience, present the theoretical framework of the research, and then provide the conceptual model of the research, along with presenting the questions, hypotheses, and objectives of the research. In conclusion, while providing information related to hypothesis testing, the results obtained from the research and suggestions are also mentioned.
