The aim of the present research is to examine the relationship between leadership style and organizational climate with the service productivity of Islamic Azad University managers in order to provide a suitable management pattern. The statistical population of this research consists of all administrative managers of various departments of Islamic Azad University, Region 8. In this descriptive research using the correlational method, 200 managers were randomly selected from various administrative departments. The measurement tools are Luthans' leadership style questionnaires (people-oriented and task-oriented leadership styles), Litwin and Stringer's organizational climate, and Smith et al.'s manager service productivity. Managers were selected based on leadership style; for each manager, 3 of their employees (600 people) commented on the organizational climate and manager service productivity. Multivariate regression analysis results show: 1- There is a relationship between the people-oriented leadership style and manager service productivity. 2- There is a relationship between organizational climates and manager service productivity. 3- In the proposed pattern of the research, among the dimensions of organizational climate, four dimensions—structure, reward, friendship, and controls—are effective in increasing the level of service productivity of Islamic Azad University managers.
