This article introduces one of the modern and advanced methods for combating drugs called 'Controlled Delivery'. Before this method was recognized internationally as one of the effective mechanisms for combating organized drug trafficking, it had been experienced in some countries. However, today at the beginning of the third millennium, many countries have utilized it given the successful consequences of this method; just as in recent years, the practitioners of qualitative justice in Iran have also shown inclinations toward introducing it into the domestic system.

The continuation of this paragraph states that legislators and competent authorities of countries can take the necessary measures toward proposing the proper use of the controlled delivery method, with the aim of identifying and delivering individuals, companies, or organizations involved in the transport, transit, concealment, or receipt of drug trafficking shipments to the hands of justice.
