The planning and implementation of this work are carried out in the Quran and Islamic Teachings department of the Ministry of Education. Top students are identified through competitions at this stage and, after shining at the district and provincial levels, they will engage in activities at the Dar al-Quran centers. The preparation of books and instructional texts in the Ministry of Education is the responsibility of the Organization for Research and Curriculum Planning. In terms of quantity, we do not lack Quranic storybooks and books on Quranic sciences, but in terms of quality, it seems there are problems, both in terms of presenting books in an attractive manner and in terms of content suitable for the age of students, which seems that institutions should work in this regard, and this task cannot be accomplished by the Ministry of Education alone.
