خلاصه ماشینی:
The most prominent aspect of Tafsir al-Kabir is its theological aspect, in which at the level of first, under the interpretation of each verse, or by way of digression, he cites and critiques the views and articles of the Mu'tazilites; and at the next level, he pays attention to the critique, refutation, and evaluation of the views of other sects, especially the Karramiyyah.
As he writes in the preface of the interpretation and in the introduction to the interpretation of Surah al-Fatiha: "Know that it was once mentioned that ten thousand issues could be derived from the benefits and treasures of this noble Surah, and some envious people and people of ignorance, transgression, and stubbornness considered this matter improbable and regarded it as a type of writings that were low in meaning and devoid of research, and when I began the composition of this book, I wrote this introduction to serve as a warning to them and to show that this matter is attainable and within reach»1 He then actually sets out to prove his claim—though not to the extent of presenting ten thousand issues—and devotes nearly 300 pages of the interpretation volume to the interpretation of this short Surah.
5 A supporting piece of evidence for this view—namely, that a part of Tafsir al-Kabir remained incomplete—is that in the present printed interpretation, in the interpretation of verse twenty-four of Surah al-Waqi'ah, Imam Fakhr is mentioned twice with the expression rahimahu Allah (may God have mercy on him).
13 A Theological Sample from Tafsir al-Kabir In the interpretation of the verse {/لا تدرکه الأبصار و هو یدرک الأبصار و هو اللّطیف الخبیر/} (al-An'am, 103), he writes: The account of the Mu'tazilite reasoning using this verse regarding the essence of vision [-seeing, being seen by God].
