Speaking of human rights in a new and codified form is one of the most important characteristics of the contemporary era, and within it, women's rights hold special importance. Eliminating legal discrimination based on gender, across various dimensions of human legal life, with an emphasis on women's rights, forms the main axis of all international and regional treaties and declarations related to women's rights. Defending women's financial rights, including their enjoyment of inheritance, is a very important discussion in women's rights. In this article, first, a comparative study of the inheritance of women and men in divine and non-divine religions, as well as some great civilizations and legal systems, is conducted; then, the inheritance of women and men in Islamic law and Iranian law is examined. Throughout these investigations, the deprivations and privileges of women and men relative to each other are mentioned according to their religion and customs. In the final part, the average financial duties and privileges of women and men are compared, and the extent of the reflection of legislative justice in the system of financial rights and duties of these two is evaluated in Islamic law and the statutory laws of Iran.

1-1- Zoroastrian religion The most significant differences existing between the inheritance of women and men, including the deprivations of women and her privileges in the Zoroastrian religion, are as follows: 1- According to the official regulations of Zoroastrian personal status, when a husband and wife die together due to an accident, or if only one of them dies, the distribution of inheritance among their children will be different based on gender.
