چکیده:
A system based on the principle of Divine Guardianship (Velayat) provides the necessary conditions for the presence of all members of society in managing the country's affairs and eliminates any grounds for tyranny and autocracy. In this system, Divine Guardianship is manifested in the guardianship of prophets, Imams, and just jurists, and in fact, it is the best way to achieve the legitimate and legal rights of mankind, including the right to freedom of political participation and involvement in social affairs. The foundations of forming such a system based on Divine Caliphate, Imamate, and leadership, the elimination of oppression, anti-arrogance, and freedom accompanied by responsibility and the right to choose are built; its structure can also be sought in awareness, supervision, complaint, guidance, consultation, and respect for the rights and interests of the people. In such a government that possesses divine legitimacy, emphasis is placed on the vote and choice of the people and its impact on the efficiency and realization of the government. Furthermore, as much attention is paid to the tools that religious rulers employ in the way of achieving their sublime goals as is given to the principle of ideals according to religious teachings.
خلاصه ماشینی:
(1) The philosophy of religious government is to ensure the good and happiness of the members of society in the material and spiritual, worldly and otherworldly dimensions based on the Quran and Sunnah, and reasonable and legitimate freedom is also one of the manifestations of social justice; for this reason, Divine Prophets fought against tyrannical and exploitative powers and spared no effort or struggle in this path; for example, since Pharaoh oppressed the Children of Israel, made them his slaves and servants, and deprived them of their social rights, Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) severely rebuked him and asked him to free the Children of Israel from the yoke of his slavery.
(2) The Islamic government, while encompassing the advantages of the human democratic system, is also far from its shortcomings; respecting the natural and legal rights of individuals, upholding their legitimate freedoms, rejecting tyranny and autocracy in political arenas, treating members of society equally in enjoying national wealth and state facilities, granting privileges based on effort for everyone regardless of race, color, language, ethnicity, or even religion, equality in judicial rulings between the highest person of the government and others, social security for members of society, special attention to the deprived and the oppressed, and hundreds of moral and value-based rulings and commands are among the advantages of a religious government.
