چکیده:
The Holy Quran is a book of guidance and contains all the necessary instructions for humans to achieve individual and social happiness. Using correct methods and tools is a necessary condition for reaching a correct and comprehensive understanding of these instructions. Utilizing existing clues in the text, both continuous and discontinuous, is among the general methods of interpretation in the Quran-to-Quran interpretive method. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to extract and explain the role of utilizing clues in the Quran-to-Quran interpretation of social ethics verses from the perspective of the great commentator of the Islamic world, Allameh Tabataba'i. The results of the research show that alongside utilizing context as the only continuous verbal clue in the Quran-to-Quran interpretive method, Allameh Tabataba'i has also utilized non-verbal continuous clues and discontinuous clues of the text in the interpretation of social ethics verses.
خلاصه ماشینی:
In fact, it can be said that in the Quran-by-Quran interpretive method, context is the most frequent and important clue that has been considered in Tafsir al-Mizan to express the will of God. The verses of social ethics are also not exempt from this category, and Allameh has also utilized context for their interpretation.
Among the verses of social ethics that Allameh has utilized the context of words for in his interpretation is verse 24 of Surah "An-Nisa": "و المحصنات من النساء إلا ما ملکت أيمانکم کتاب الله عليکم و أحل لکم ما وراء ذلکم أن تبتغوا بـأموالکم محصـنين غيـر مسافحين فما استمتعتم به منهن فآتوهن أجورهن فريضۀ و لا جناح عليکم فيما تراضيتم به مـن بعـد الفريضـۀ إن اللـه کان عليما حکيما"; and married women; except those whom your right hands possess—which you may dedicate to yourselves after istibra—then adhere to the ruling that God has ordained for you; and as for others besides what we mentioned, they are lawful for you, so that you may seek chaste and virtuous women with your wealth, not through fornication; and if you enter into a temporary marriage with a woman—meaning you make an agreement with her for a certain period to derive pleasure from her and give her a certain amount of wage—it is obligatory to pay their wages; and after the dowry is determined, if you agree on less or more, there is no sin upon you, for God is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
In conclusion, Allameh Tabataba'i has paid attention to continuous verbal clues and has utilized the method of context, including the context of words, sentences, and verses, for the interpretation of social ethics verses.
