چکیده:
The necessity of paying attention to the physical and mental health of children begins before the child's birth. For this reason, various recommendations have been made in different narrations; including the prohibition of establishing marital relations at the beginning, middle, and end of lunar months, which has been introduced with various expressions as being influential on the mental health of children. These narrations have primarily been transmitted in Shia Hadith communities and sometimes in Sunni Hadith communities, where the text of these narrations has differences in some details, making the chain of transmission (isnad) and semantic study of these narrations important. This research, by examining the chain and text of the narrations transmitted in Shia and Sunni Hadith communities, examines the general content of these narrations and then evaluates some specific interpretations that have provided an interpretive meaning for these narrations. It concludes that such interpretations have been made based on weak evidence, gross errors, and incorrect understandings of the explicit text of the narrations and the verses of the Holy Quran, and the correct meaning of these narrations is, in fact, the conventional meaning that indicates the dislikability (karahah) of marital relations during the mentioned days.
خلاصه ماشینی:
On one hand, Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Sinani lacks specific authentication, and Ibn Dawud has mentioned him in the second part of his book - which is dedicated to the discredited (majruh) and unknown (majhul) - stating that his lineage and Hadith are unstable; 3 but on the other hand, he is among the narrators from whom Sheikh al-Saduq, in addition to frequently narrating Hadith, has repeatedly expressed satisfaction (taradhi), using expressions such as "may Allah be pleased with him" or "may Allah's mercy be upon him" after mentioning his name.
The Mursal narration from Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) Sheikh al-Saduq in the book Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih, without mentioning the chain of transmission and in a completely mursal manner, has narrated a narration from Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) as follows:
However, the claim that in the narration regarding the commandments of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) to Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the prohibition of the first, middle, and end of the month does not exist at all in authentic narrations is also an incorrect report; because in all the transmissions that have mentioned this detailed narration, the prohibition of these three days has been included.
