چکیده:
The present article addresses one of ‘Allāma Ṭabāṭabā’ī’s theories، which semantically discusses part of the Qur’ānic verses and، due to their specific structure، has taken multifaceted perspectives and led to implying certain aspects of meanings. In this article، the hermeneutic، linguistic، and semantic backups in relation to understanding the Qur’ān in the above-mentioned theory are discussed and reviewed. From the hermeneutic perspective، in this theory، the traditional viewpoint on one hand and the modern viewpoint on the other، can be taken into consideration. From the linguistic perspective، in addition to the general and conventional rules of language as the base for the Qur’ānic significations، paying attention to the characteristics of language and its culture can result in the extension and deepening of its significations. Similarly، from the semantic perspective، significant elements such as double-facetedness، having exterior and interior، having tanzīl (revelation) and ta’wīl (esoteric exegesis) are important in the semantics of the Qur’ān.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Summary and Results From a hermeneutical perspective, Allameh Tabataba'i's view on the possibility of deriving semantic facets from the multi-faceted structures of the Quran can be attributed to certain traditional views as well as dimensions of modern views in the understanding and interpretation of religious texts.
Since it relies on the centrality of the text and the possibility of understanding the speaker's intentions in light of the text's denotation and general rules of significance, it approaches traditional and classical views; and since it emphasizes the diverse levels of denotation and the content of the verses and the possibility of reaching different semantic facets according to the intellectual capacities of the audience and commentators, and pays attention to the characteristics of the speaker and the author of the text in discovering the semantic realm of the verses, it is consistent with some new and modern views.
From a linguistic standpoint, this view first accepts the role of the rules of the Arabic language and literature as the base and context for Quranic significations, considering it a necessary but insufficient condition for understanding the Quran; and secondly, it considers the specific type of language and culture of the Quran, with its special capabilities, as a facilitator for discovering various layers and facets of the meanings of the verses.
2. A Look at the Hermeneutic Foundation of Allamah's Viewpoint Since we know the Holy Quran as the written and established form of divine revelation that has emerged in a meaningful language, like any other text, its interpretation and understanding require a method that, due to its special characteristics, necessitates a rule-based uncovering and unveiling of its objectives and intentions.
