The course 'Thematic Interpretation of the Holy Quran' is one of the Islamic studies courses that undergraduate students of all academic disciplines take. Designing an appropriate syllabus for this course plays an effective role in achieving its goal and must be compatible with the needs and characteristics of the students. This research seeks to design a syllabus for the thematic interpretation of the Quran course suitable for students in art fields. Students of this field have specific characteristics that distinguish them from other students. In this research, using SPSS software, data collected from students and professors were analyzed and described. Based on the summary of the views of professors and students, the priority Quranic topics for the syllabus of the course 'Thematic Interpretation of the Holy Quran' are: love and affection, human relationships with others, the meaning of life, art and aesthetics in the Quran, the beauties of the Quran, verses of the Quran with visual expression, and jurisprudential topics of art.
