چکیده:
In this writing, it is attempted to prove with an intra-religious approach that the main cause of the crises of the global society in the present time is the crisis of identity, and the existing injustices and discriminations in the global society are the effects of human self-unawareness; the solution is the establishment of social justice in the global society through the creation of an 'International Social Justice Agency' under the support of the United Nations and the realization of an objective and practical model of Islamic justice based on Islamic anthropology in Muslim countries.
خلاصه ماشینی:
For example, damages that harm social justice at a global level, such as the economic crises of developed countries, the crisis of environmental destruction, the food shortage crisis, and the like, prevent the realization of 3-2-2-4- Prohibition of Discrimination The foundation of social justice is equality and parity, meaning that since humans are equal in identity and the truth of their essence, and all possess inherent dignity and honor, all individuals, regardless of race, gender, nationality, and religion, have an equal right to benefit from the opportunities, facilities, and material and spiritual gifts available in society; therefore, the necessity of this equality and parity is the invalidity of discrimination.
Hazrat Ali (regarding the importance of social balance and the fair distribution of deficiencies and hardships to create Islamic justice) says: «آیا بدین بسنده کنم که مرا امیرمومنان گویند و درناخوشایندیهای روزگار شریک آنان نباشم و در سختی و فشار زندگی نمونهای برای آنان نباشم؟!» (Shahidi, 1385: Letter 45) Therefore, in a society with balanced distribution of talents and possibilities, as well as difficulties and deficiencies, it is carried out only based on the criterion of human dignity and inherent honor which has been given by God Almighty to all humans.
