چکیده:
Although power is the central issue of politics, the various aspects arising from power tell of its specific nature and characteristics. 'Soft power,' which emphasizes the aspect of 'attractiveness,' is actually an effort by an actor to achieve 'identification' with a rival society and advance their goals. The policy of the Holy Quran expresses the active presence of two currents: the divine and the arrogant. These are currents that, with different natures and specific goals, line up against each other, and Almighty God has always acknowledged this in numerous verses. The arrogant current, led by Iblis and his followers against the truth, practices arrogance and seeks through any possible means (hard and soft) to prevent people from accepting the truth. The confrontation and opposition of these two currents can be tracked in the form of two aspects: positive and negative. This writing examines the confrontation of the arrogant current with the divine current governing politics in the Quran, with attention to the positive and negative functions of soft power, citing Quranic verses. In this regard, the use of the software-based aspects of power from the dimension of arrogance at two levels—'pillars' and 'methods and strategies'—in response to the question 'How does the arrogant current advance its goals against the divine current through the application of soft power?' has been scrutinized using the 'qualitative content analysis' method. By employing the pillars of 'comprehensiveness,' 'continuity,' 'step-by-step politics,' and 'exploitation of weaknesses' through political, economic, cultural, and psychological strategies, the arrogant current attempts—through methods such as threat, humiliation, bribery, slander, spreading rumors, compromise, inciting emotions, and finally, agitation and the diversion of public opinion—to deceive the audiences of the monotheistic message and line up against the divine current.

To this end, the author has utilized the "qualitative content analysis" method to identify the verses of the Holy Quran and scrutinize the tactics of employing soft power by the arrogant current.
Second Pillar: Gradual and step-by-step action The devils of mankind and the arrogant attempt through very subtle ways to strip the revolutionary and divine spirit from an Islamic society and make them experience doubt and hesitation in pursuing their principles; therefore, following them in minor matters leads to greater consequences and results in the dominance of disbelief and the destruction of faith in that society.
" 168 This is the same attribution that all the tyrants of history gave to the divine reformers, and this arrogant deceiver was not even willing to say "our messenger" or "to us," but instead says "your prophet" who has been sent "to you"; because even the expression "your prophet" had an aspect of mockery, a mockery coupled with self-superiority, implying "I am above having a prophet come for my call," and his goal in attributing madness to Moses (as) was to neutralize the effect of his powerful logic in the minds of those present" (Makarem Shirazi, 1374, Vol. 15, pp.
