چکیده:
"Bioterrorism" is one of the most inhuman and terrifying terrorist actions in the world, whose effects and consequences are completely different from other terrorist actions. A while ago in America, the anthrax agent was widely distributed via letters, which led to widespread panic. The anthrax agent has characteristics that have been produced in very advanced laboratories. The spores of this agent are very small (3-4 microns), uniform, and have a very high concentration, which is distributed using additives such as bentonite. These spores are pure, and purifying them is very difficult and not the work of every microbiologist in ordinary laboratories. Information shows that this action is carried out by the US military; although Lebanese and French experts announced that the anthrax microbe has spread from America to other parts of the world. Abd al-Rahman Barzi, a Lebanese expert, said: "During the American war in Vietnam, that country's army used the anthrax microbe for the first time in 1968 against Vietnamese fighters, and this microbe has spread from America to other parts of the world." Professor Michel Houck, a researcher at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, stated: "The anthrax bacillus was prepared in the state of Iowa in 1950 and sold to many laboratories around the world." (10 and 11) With such actions, governments like America have infiltrated the deep layers of life of their own and other nations and governments with crisis and insecurity. On the other hand, in order to prevent the entry of microbial diseases, necessary measures must be considered. The protection and control of the entry and exit of the country's customs is the responsibility of the police force. The police force must take the issue of smuggling goods, livestock, and humans at the borders seriously. Otherwise, the ministries responsible for health, treatment, nutrition, industry, and agriculture of society will incur very high costs in identifying and treating diseases introduced into the country.

(8) 2-Plague agent The incubation period of this agent is between 2 to 10 days, and at least one hundred to five hundred organisms are required to cause the disease.
(7,2,3,4) 3-Brucellosis The agent of this disease is the microbe Brucella Suis, the incubation period of this agent is between 5 to 06 days, and its fatality rate is 2 percent.
To cause the disease, 01 to 05 organisms are required, and its symptoms are: fever, headache, general discomfort, and weight loss.
The incubation period of this agent is 2 to 41 days, the duration of the disease is 2 to 41 days, and its fatality rate is one percent.
Ten organisms are sufficient to cause the disease, and its symptoms are: cough, fever, chest pain, and pneumonia.
To cause disease, ten micrograms per kilogram of body weight are required, and its effect manifests within a few minutes to a few hours.
Its fatality rate is 56%, and one thousandth of a microgram per kilogram of body weight is required to cause the disease, whose symptoms are: lethargy, dizziness, dry mouth and throat, increasing muscle weakness, and interruption of nervous system conduction.
Its fatality rate is high; symptoms of the disease through inhalation of the toxin cause respiratory distress and severe pulmonary lesions.
(51,41,4,3,2,1,7) Methods of Disseminating Biological Agents Biological agents can enter the body and cause disease in three ways.
Agents that can be disseminated through the air in the form of an aerosol include: plague, anthrax, tularemia, diphtheria, Q fever, etc.
