چکیده:
This article aims to examine one of the impossibility premises used to reject or doubt the party system. The party system in Iran faces many theoretical and current problems and obstacles that require extensive studies to examine each one individually as well as their relationship with each other. The present article is limited only to researching the common premise inferred from Quranic verses regarding the negation of the party. By showing that, in general, the term 'party' in the Quran is used in its religious sense and by borrowing from the jurisprudential formula of the 'vacuum area' (minṭaqat al-farāgh), the article reaches the conclusion that the party, as a 'method' in the political-social and economic organization of Muslims, is a vacuum area method.
خلاصه ماشینی:
In fact, this verse 53 of Surah Al-Mu'minun, meaning the other verse in which the combination "کُلُّ حِزبٍ بِمَالَدَیْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ" appears, contains references to the People of the Book.
In this respect, the phrase "کُلُّ حِزبٍ بِمَالَدَیْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ" does not, in itself, carry a blame; and if this interpretation is not devoid of truth, then one can add to complete it that the command of prohibition at the end of verse 31, namely "لاتکونوا من المشرکین", practically—and as Allameh Tabataba'i has explained—refers to the characteristic of dispersion and division among the polytheists, and God, with this prohibition, intends to warn the believers against falling into this state, a state whose example, according to the commentators of verse 53 of Surah Al-Mu'minun, was in the reference to the People of the Book.
3- Given the first point of the conclusion, namely the religious content of the word 'hizb' in the Quranic verses, emphasis is placed on preserving the solidarity of Muslims as members of a religion against other parties of the People of the Book who have engaged in religious superiority-seeking to the detriment of the unified identity of the religion, and against polytheists who have tainted the role of religious worship with polytheism, within the combination of "حزب ا...
The results inferred from the verses containing the words 'hizb', 'hizbah', and 'hizbin', meaning all existing verses, show that the party in the Quran, except for the exception explained in Surah Al-Kahf, possesses religious content and is used like ideological groupings; therefore, it should not directly contain anything regarding the party in its political sense.
