In addition to her position as a professor at the Faculty of Law in Paris, since 1992, Ms. Delmas-Marty has been a member of the French Academic Institute and holder of the Chair of Criminal Policy at this institute, responsible for Master's and Doctoral programs in Criminal Law and European Criminal Policy at the University of Paris 1, Director of the Criminal Science Department of the Paris Institute of Comparative Law, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Criminal Science and Comparative Criminal Law. As an expert and specialist, in cooperation with the Presidency of France, she is a member of the advisory committee for reviewing the Constitution; in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, she is a member of the Criminal Law Reform Committee and President of the Commission for Criminal Justice and Human Rights for the reform of the French Code of Criminal Procedure; in cooperation with Higher Education and Research, she is a member of the scientific council of this ministry; in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she is a member of the rethinking committee regarding the establishment of an international criminal court; and in cooperation with various international organizations, the European Community, the Council of Europe, and the United Nations, she has been and is employed.
