خلاصه ماشینی:

Since the goal of this article is to investigate Sistan and Baluchistan province, it can be admitted that this province is also considered based on the religion, ethnicity, and culture of its people; although the Baluch ethnic group is part of the ethnic identity of this province, the pattern of political participation in the entire province tells of a comprehensive indicator throughout it.
(2019) in a study titled "The Role of Ethnic and Religious Policies in the Participation of Ethnic Groups in Security, Comprehensive Development, and Convergence with an Emphasis on the Turkmens of North and Northeast Iran," stated that encouraging Iranian ethnic groups to eliminate extreme ethnic nationalism and engage in organizational institutionalization provides a platform for systematic participation within the political system; on the other hand, if a sense of different identity is coupled with a sense of socio-political deprivation, it can cause security complications in the country.
(2017) in a study titled "The Role of Ethnicity in the Electoral Behavior of Multi-ethnic Communities (Case Study: Bojnord County)," stated that variables such as the feeling of social inequality, media consumption, social satisfaction, and the sense of legitimacy of the political system, along with the level of interaction with other ethnic groups, influence ethnic identity and ultimately the formation of ethnic demands on the ethnic voting pattern.
Conclusion The aim of the present research is to investigate the factors affecting political participation in Sistan and Baluchestan province (case study: three cities of Zahedan, Khash, and Saravan).
