Critique of the Law and Judicial Trend in the Implementation of Divorce Leyli Sadat Asadi* Abstract: The application of divorce rulings is considered one of the issues that can be discussed in family courts, and this subject has been subject to greater disputes due to the enactment of the law determining the validity and expiration period of the "Certificate of Impossibility of Reconciliation" in 1376 (1997 AD). The current research begins by discussing the preliminaries and their foundations in the life and outlook of Lady al-Zahra (sa) towards identifying the most important factors for strengthening and reinforcing the family, addressing topics such as Fatima's (sa) monotheistic vision toward the family, the correctness of marriage preliminaries, and trust and reassurance in the permanence of marriage. Social Changes of Marriage Hossein Mahboubi Mansh* Abstract: Marriage, as a social phenomenon, is established within the embrace of the most complex and sensitive social relationships between the opposing sexes, thus serving as a precursor and an outgrowth of the family, and one of the most important social, vital, and cultural phenomena related to society and humans. In this article, by referring to Western literature, particularly that of the United States and Britain, and relying on documents and statistical data, instances and implications of the decline of the family are reviewed, such as unconventional families, marriage, divorce, abortion, and illegitimate children.
