In this study, in order to achieve this purpose we have examined the relationship between the structure of contingency factors (top management support, business perspective and expertise of external factors) and enterprise resource planning system success and firm's financial performance.
To test the seven hypotheses of this study in a multi-stage sampling of 162 people from eight companies were selected and data were collected with the use of questionnaire.
The results show that top management support, business perspective and quality of expertise of external factors have positive and significant relationship with the enterprise resource planning.
Finally, the positive relationship between top management support and quality expertise of external factors with financial performance was confirmed.
