چکیده:
مقدمه: بحران کمبود نیروی کار پرستاری در نظام بهداشت ودرمان بر روی پیشگیری از بیماریها وارتقای سلامتی در بسیاری از کشورها تاثیرمیگذارد. بنابر این مدیران برای پیشگیری از افت کیفیت مراقبتهای بهداشتی بعلت کمبود نیروی پرستاری بایستی بدنبال راه کارهایی برای افزایش تعداد فارغ التحصیلان یا حفظ نیروهای مشغول به کار وافزایش رضایت شغلی آنان باشند هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر در حفظ شغل پرستاری در دو سال اول پس از فراغت تحصیل از دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل طرحی است. روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه پرستاران طرحی هستند که حداقل 1سال طرح خود را در همان بیمارستان مورد مطالعه سپری کردهاند. از 362 نفر جامعه 349نفر در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. این مطالعه با رعایت ضوابط اخلاقی وبا مجوز کمیته اخلاق انجام شده است. ابزاراین مطالعه پرسشنامه پژوهش ساخته است. نتایج: اکثر واحدهای مورد پژوهش (53. 75%) تمایلی به ادامه کارپس از اتمام طرح خود نداشتند. مهمترین عواملی که درتصمیم آنها برای ماندن در شغل تاثیر گذار است، به ترتیب عبارتند از: میزان حقوق، پاداش ومزایای دریافتی، توجه به شیفتهای درخواستی، دیدگاه مثبت خانواده نسبت به ادامه کارپرستاری و روابط مناسب سرپرستار و پزشک. نتیجهگیری: مدیریت برای حفظ نیروهای فارغ التحصیل، میتواند با ایجاد جو ارتباطی همدلانه، بسیاری از این مشکلات را تصحیح نماید. آموزش پرستاری بایستی برنامههایی در جهت افزایش توان دانشجویان، در برخورد با مشکلات کاری تدارک ببیند. همچنین مسئولین در ردههای بالای مدیریت بایستی در جهت افزایش میزان درامد گروههای پرستاری اقدام نمایند.
AbstractBackground: The shortage of nursing workforce in the health care system affects the prevention of diseases and health promotion in many countries. Therefore, managers should prevented to increase the number of graduates or to keep workforce and increase their job satisfaction in order to prevent the quality of health care due to lack of nursing staff.Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate effective factors in preserving nursing occupation in the first two years after graduation from the perspective of employed nurses.Methods& Materials: This research is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The research community of all nurses has been planning a study of at least one year in the same hospital. The total of 362 nurses in the hospitals, 349 nurses participated in this study. This study was conducted in accordance with moral standards of cholera The Ethics Committee has been licensed. The study tool is a study of the research questionnaire.RESULTS: Most of the research units (53.75%) were not intent to stay of their job after finishing their plan. The most important factors affecting their decision to stay in the job are: the amount of salary, rewards and benefits received, attention to shifts, the family's positive attitude toward continuing nursing and the proper relationship between head nurse and physician.Conclusion: Management to maintain graduate forces can correct by creating an empathic communication atmosphere. Nursing education should provide programs to increase students' ability . Also, top management officials should to increase the income of nursing groups.
