The aim of this study was to design an experimental science curriculum model based on actor-network theory in a network learning environment. To achieve this goal, the meta-combined and grounded theory approach has been used. The statistical population of the research, including interviews with faculty members familiar with the fields of curriculum studies and educational technology, as well as all articles, dissertations, related to the subject in valid databases over time 2005 to 2020. In order to perform sampling in the qualitative part of the research, theoretical (non-probable) and purposeful snowball sampling method was used. The analysis method used in this research is open, axial and selective coding. Kappa method was used to measure reliability and quality control. The kappa coefficient calculated by SPSS software was equal to 0.94, which is at an excellent agreement level. Findings show that the principles governing the actor-network curriculum include generalized symmetry, heterogeneity and multiplicity, free analysis, correlation, networking, process-oriented curriculum based on the actor-network theory of distributed, sensitive to Context and context, based on differences, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary and multifaceted goals, interdisciplinary and vocabulary, multiple. Dynamic, non-paradigmatic and generalizable curriculum content. Based on negotiation and knowledge creation. The role of the teacher as an anthropologist, enlightener and transformer. The learning environment should be participatory, a space for the search for archived knowledge, multisensory, and ultimately divergent evaluation, sensitive to individual differences, problem-oriented and response-oriented.
