The research method of this research is quantitative and its nature is descriptive and correlational. A questionnaire was used to collect data related to variables based on previous studies. For this purpose, a sample of 148 purchasing and procurement managers of companies that have used the e-procurement system of the government were selected by simple random sampling method. By implementing the structural equation model with the partial least squares approach to test the hypotheses, it was found that the proposed model has a good fit. This study is the first research in Iran on the topic of user segmentation of e-government procurement system. The results of this study distinguish three groups of organizations: the first group of companies that are looking for more efficiency or efficiency is their first priority; the second group is the organizations whose customer satisfaction is their first priority; Third, there are companies looking to develop relationships with their business partners.
