خلاصة:
The aim of this research is to evaluate different maintenance and repair strategies for organizational machinery. Efforts have been made to select the most appropriate maintenance and repair strategy for machinery and equipment in a way that increases the reliability level of equipment and machinery without increasing investment. Since selecting the most appropriate maintenance and repair strategy is a multi-criteria decision-making problem, decision-makers use uncertain preferences in evaluating the options and criteria of the research. Therefore, in this research, the concept of Rough Set Theory, which is efficient in such conditions, is used. In fact, in this research, the criteria and factors of the research are first evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, and then the concept of Rough Set Theory is used to convert expert preferences into interval numbers, and Rough Analytic Hierarchy Process and Rough TOPSIS methods are used to evaluate and rank the options. It is worth mentioning that in this article, the TOPSIS method has been developed with Rough data. Finally, in order to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method, we have applied it in a case study. The results obtained from this research show that the application of the Rough Set Theory concept along with multi-criteria decision-making methods can assist organizational managers in decision-making under conditions of lack of accurate information.

In fact, in this research, first, the evaluation of research criteria and factors is conducted using confirmatory factor analysis, and then the concept of Rough Set Theory is used to convert expert preferences into interval numbers, and Rough Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Rough TOPSIS methods are used to evaluate and rank the options.
Therefore, in this study, an effort has been made to use the concept of Rough Set Theory and multi-criteria decision-making methods, as well as confirmatory factor analysis, to evaluate and select the most appropriate maintenance and repair strategy.
Empirical Literature In this section, first, an effort is made to address the studies conducted in the field of maintenance and repair strategies, as well as research that has used the concept of Rough Set Theory along with multi-criteria decision-making methods.
In another study, researchers addressed the evaluation of maintenance and repair criteria and strategies using a combination of confirmatory factor analysis, the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the Ordered Weighted Averaging method with similarity to the ideal solution (Shafiee Nick, Abadi & et al, 2016).
After determining the weights of the criteria, the decision matrix of the problem was formed, and the decision matrix data were also converted into interval numbers using the concept of Rough Set Theory, and then the evaluation and ranking of maintenance and repair strategies were addressed using the Rough TOPSIS method.
Therefore, in this study, we have used the Rough Set Theory method to convert expert judgments into interval numbers and the Rough Hierarchical Analysis process to evaluate and weight the criteria for selecting the most appropriate maintenance and repair strategy for the organization.
