What has become the main concern of managers today and has attracted more of their attention is how to manage human resources more effectively and efficiently; this task, by relying on practical and quantitative techniques and methods, has gained more objectivity and can manifest itself in reality. Among the quantitative sciences, statistics, which is defined as a branch of mathematics and consists of a set of scientific theories and methods for measuring, collecting, organizing, classifying, summarizing, modeling, displaying data and observations, as well as analyzing and inferring the facts hidden in the data, has a significant share in this field and can cause greater success for human processes.
Human resource forecasting is an effort to estimate the future demand of the organization for human resources; below, several forecasting methods related to the science of statistics are mentioned: 1-1-1.
Here, by mentioning a simple and concrete case of regression application, the method of determining the relationship between two variables (organizational services and employment level) will be addressed.
If organizational services (admission) is variable X and the level of employment is variable Y, the method of determining the regression line equation can be presented as follows and proceed to prediction: (Refer to the page image) 2.
The purpose of these audits is to determine the effectiveness of costs related to human resource management tasks and to decide whether the costs incurred have been in the direction of optimal achievement of the planned goals or not?
