خلاصة:
In the science of decision-making, where selecting a solution from existing solutions or prioritizing proposed solutions is involved, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has been used more than other methods for several years. Because this method is highly compatible with human thinking and mental processes, and its algorithm is built on mathematical logic, it possesses extremely high efficiency and has solved many decision-making problems. In this article, it is attempted to first introduce multi-criteria decision-making, then describe the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and finally, to demonstrate how the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied, a practical example is provided which, by studying this example, the concept of this method will be clearly understood.

Depending on this model, whether multi-criteria decision making models are used for design 5 or for selecting 6 the best option from among an infinite 7 or finite 8 number of existing options, and also considering other user characteristics or its concepts, this classification is accepted.
H. P (Refer to page image) The results of the pairwise comparisons of the 3 group members regarding the hardware criterion are described in tables number 2, 3, and 4.
Table number 01: Normalized values of Table 5 (Refer to page image) Calculations regarding the group judgment concerning the comparison of systems relative to software criteria and after-sales services have been performed.
Table number 11: Summary of normalization and weighted average calculations for selecting the best system (Refer to page image) As the information in Table number 11 shows, the importance of the systems differs in terms of criteria.
For example, to calculate the consistency ratio for Table number 5, the operations that must be performed are as follows: a) Using normal logic and weighted average, the priority of each system relative to hardware is determined.
Table number 31: Summary of consistency ratio calculations for the comparison tables in the considered example (Refer to page image) The example presented in this section was as follows: based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique, a computer system had to be selected from 3 existing systems according to the criteria of hardware, software, and after-sales service.
