خلاصة:
In every era, the intellectual developments of societies have caused social transformations, in such a way that they have influenced all sectors of society, as well as groups, institutions, organizations, and even individual thoughts. In recent decades, modernist thoughts, which have been the intellectual basis for the issues of Western societies, have faced changes and transformations. Alongside these developments, organizations based on this intellectual foundation have also faced transformations in areas such as structure, environment, technology, etc. Given these issues, this article attempts to raise aspects of the situation of the postmodern world, and especially its impact on organizations and management. Although providing a clear picture of the postmodern world requires extensive studies and examination of the thoughts and ideas of the Western world, in this research, the researcher strives to provide a clear image of postmodernism and post-industrial organizations using Persian and Latin texts; since understanding postmodernism is largely preceded by the understanding of tradition and modernism, while stating the characteristics of traditional and modern societies, a precise definition of postmodernism is also provided.

Postmodernism and Post-Industrial Organizations Ali Sabbaghian* Fatemeh Firouzi** Abstract In every era, the intellectual developments of societies have caused social transformations, in such a way that they have influenced all sectors of society, as well as groups, institutions, organizations, and even individual thoughts.
Although providing a clear picture of the postmodern world requires extensive studies and an examination of the thoughts and ideas of the Western world, in this research, the researcher strives to provide a clear image of the postmodern and post-industrial organizations using Persian and Latin texts; and since understanding postmodernism is largely preceded by the understanding of tradition and modernism, while describing the characteristics of traditional and modern societies, a precise definition of postmodernism is also provided.
The writer in this article attempts to make, albeit a passing, reference to the evolution of management schools and to express the evolutionary course of management thoughts in several formats under the following headings: the classical and traditional school, the neoclassical school (human relations), the empirical or empiric school, quantitative perspectives, contemporary thoughts, and finally, postmodernism.
Instead of the industrial organizations of the modernism era, we are witnessing the post-industrial organizations of postmodernism, which face diversity, uncertainty, complexity, the disappearance of organizational boundaries, skills relying on knowledge management, and an increasing emphasis on learning organizations along with international and global tendencies.
6) Regarding management and human sciences within the framework and space of the postmodern, theories have been proposed, including discussions on learning organizations, information, communications, etc.
