Examining the historical course of the expansion and deepening of educational innovations in the West tells a story of resistance to such innovations. This means that the audiences of educational innovations, from education officials to managers, teachers, and even parents and the students themselves, due to unfamiliarity, lack of readiness, the perceived necessity of avoiding creative approaches, and similar reasons, strive to deny and reject them when facing educational innovations. Western researchers, to deal with these mentioned resistances, have suggested cultural and educational groundwork, allocation of necessary investment, and similar measures. Examining the obstacles and problems facing educational innovators in Iran indicates that these innovators, in addition to having problems similar to those of their colleagues in other parts of the world, face other problems due to the specific socio-cultural conditions of Iran, which sometimes place their innovations in a deadlock. In the continuation of the article, the aforementioned problems are examined at three levels: the macro and meso levels of society and the micro level of the educational system.

02 Efforts to Overcome Problems In the measures that Western experts and researchers have devised to overcome the problems facing educational innovations, the following solutions have been presented: - Necessary research to identify the obstacles existing in the way of educational innovations, - Assisting innovative individuals and providing some financial support to them to prevent the failure of educational initiatives, - Preparing low-cost educational materials, - Enriching staff training programs and their creative training, - Providing appropriate facilities for educational officials, - Creating the possibility of information exchange between individuals involved in the educational system, - Training individuals involved in the educational system to recognize educational innovations, - Creating the necessary ground for the flexible implementation of educational programs, - Granting more autonomy to teachers to advance curricula, - Necessary cultural groundwork for students' families and society, - More information dissemination regarding educational innovations to society, - Paying attention to the opinions of the audiences of educational innovations, In the following, we will address the aforementioned axes in order: One of the fundamental suggestions of experts is to identify the obstacles existing in the way of these innovations and to strive to overcome them.
