چکیده:
مقدمه: استفاده از فناوری های اطلاعاتی منجر به افزایش دانش سلامت مردم می شود. هدف این تحقیق تعیین دیدگاه بیماران درباره ی نقش سواد فناوری اطلاعات در سلامت فردی بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه ی توصیفی - مقطعی در بیمارستان های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان؛ بر 461 بیمار بستری در سال 78 باانتخاب به صورت تصادفی ساده، اجرا شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته، روایی حاوی دو قسمت سوالات زمینه ای و سوالات مرتبط ،(r= (صوری و محتوائی) و پایایی (روش اسپیرمن – براون با 0.83 و آمار توصیفی SPSS با نقش فناوری اطلاعات در سلامت فردی است. داده ها توسط مصاحبه جمع آوری و با نرم افزار (فراوانی و درصد) ارایه شد.
یافته ها: 42.1 درصد بیماران با کامپیوتر، 26.7 درصد با اینترنت آشنائی داشتند و 41.9 درصد به اینترنت دسترسی داشتند. 86.3 درصد تمایل به دسترسی به اطلاعات پرونده پزشکی، 88.3 درصد دریافت و ارسال سوابق، 85.7 درصد دریافت جواب آزمایشات، 79 درصد تجدید نسخه داروئی، 76.4 درصد اخذ نوبت، 80 درصد مشاوره با پزشک معالج و 80 درصد تمایل به دریافت اطلاعات مرتبط با رژیم غذایی را با استفاده از فناور یهای اطلاعاتی داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: نگرش بیماران بستری نسبت به فناوری های اطلاعاتی به نسبت خوب است. پیشنهاد می شود اطلاعات مورد نیاز بیماران به خصوص اطلاعات مربوط به نحوه ی صحیح مصرف داروها و رژیم غذایی از طریق لوح های فشرده و سایت بیمارستان در اختیار بیماران قرار گیرد، یا سایت های مناسب به آنان معرفی شود.
Introduction: Information Technologies (ITs) has become a significant resource for dissemination of information and resulted to increase of health knowledge in communities. This study was aimed to determine knowledge of inpatients about ITs. Methods: This descriptive - cross-sectional study carried out on 461 inpatients in Kashan University of Medical Sciences hospitals with a reliable (spearman Brown، r =0.83) and valid (face and content) researcher made questionnaire in two sections: demographic information and study objects. Data collected by interviews، analyzed by SPSS، and presented by descriptive statistics. Results: We found %42.1 and %26.7 of participants had knowledge about computer and the Internet respectively; %41.9 had the Internet access; 86.3% and 88.3% were interested to access and get medical records and their information respectively. They intended to get test (%85.7)، refill their prescription (79%)، get appointment (%76.4)، consult with physicians (%80)، and get information about diets (80%) through ITs.. Conclusion: ITs attitude in inpatients was relatively good. We recommend providing inpatients information needs especially about prescriptions order and diets by CD، or Internet by hospitals' sites; and introduced them good medical sites to patient were recommended.
