The present research was conducted for the purpose of comparing the indexes of entrepreneurship among high school graduates in Garmsar County for the academic year 2007-8. Statistical population for the study, therefore, included a total number of 1033 senior students studying in three types of public schools, namely regular schools, technical schools and vocational schools. The sample population by use of random sampling and based on Morgan Table, were counted 493. To collect data required for the study, a questionnaire was designed by use of definitions presented in the works of McClelland ( 1963) and Brokhouse (1980), basically measuring some indicators as tendency towards independence, creativity, risk taking, inner control, work team, and vision. Validity of the questionnaire was checked by experts in the field and reliability for all indexes showed a rate of over 84% through test of Alpha. By use of one way variance analysis, the data analyzed showed that for the entrepreneurship competencies there were meaningful differences among the three groups in the study with a degree of p=0.01. Students in technical education, however, showed to have a higher degree of tendency toward entrepreneurship. This study investigated the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and effectiveness of the faculty members in Islamic Azad university of Parsabad Moghan (I.A.U. P.M). The correlation method was used to perform the research. The statistical population was all 45 faculty members and all 2045 students of I.A.U.P.M. in 1386-1387. By use of Morgan table and simple-random sampling method, 40 faculty members and 800 students were chosen as the sample population. Two standard questionnaires, Siberia Sharing test and researcher-designed effectiveness tool, were used for data gathering. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson correlation coefficient test and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that there were significant relationships between indicators of emotional intelligence and effectiveness of faculty members. Self-motivation, empathy and social skills were suitable predicators for effectiveness of faculty members. The study suggested that the emotional intelligence educational courses might be used for promoting the effectiveness of faculty members. This research investigated the relationship between learning strategies with academic success among university students. The statistical population included the entire university students (55583 persons) in Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province. 385 students were chosen as sample population by random sampling classification (based on educational group). The data gathering tool was Weinstein's Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI). A Pearson correlation was used to determine the relationship between Learning and Study Strategies and academic success (final grades of students). Multiple regression method was also used to determine predictors for academic success. The results revealed that there were statistically significant relationships between students' academic success and eight of the ten LASSI scales including: attitude, motivation, time management, anxiety, information processing, selecting main ideas, self-testing, and test strategies. There was found no statistically significant relationship between students academic success with concentration and study aids. Also three scales of learning and study strategies (attitude, information processing and anxiety) were significant predictors of academic success. The purpose of this survey was to see how managerial skills can be transferred to subordinates in substitute training programs. The research used a context method. Two multiple choice questionnaires, each with 22 items, were used to collect data. Statistical population included all 530 school principals and teachers of high schools located in Damavand, Rudehen and Bumehen cities in 1983-84 academic years. Sample population estimated as 196 principals and 927 teachers selected through systemized random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a self-designed questionnaire with 22 items. Data was analyzed buy use of central tendencies and chai square. The results showed that both parties believed that self-modeling was the best way of transferring the skills of recognition, creativity and innovation, self-confidence, logical thinking. Both groups, however, had similar views on choosing delegation in order to transfer the skills of risk-taking, and on-the-job training for transferring the administrative skills. The study concluded that there were meaningful differences between principals and teachers in transferring approaches. The purpose of the research was to study the current status of information technology utilization in Iranian universities' libraries, to find out its strengths and weaknesses and to offer useful guidelines to formulate effective and appropriate strategic plan for information technology progress and development. The sample population for this survey equaled the statistical population and included 39 directors of libraries in public universities located in the capital city of Iranian provinces. A self designed instrument was used to collect data and data collected was analyzed by use of central tendencies such as mean and standard deviations and chi- square. The results indicate that the university libraries management, planning for information technology training courses, librarianship software support for all specialized activities, protection and preservation of digital sources, security of digital data, levels of accessibility to data, formulation of utilization strategy, development and expansion of database collections, codified scheduled plan to utilize and improve the technology, and provision of infrastructures for information technology are not suitable while human resources, online access to library database, utilization of library software, allocation of special space for technology, access to computers and their accessories in network, electronic data delivery services, electronic books and periodicals, online book & non-book catalogue, and strategy to provide electronic sources are suitable and in development route. On the whole about 90 percent of these libraries are lacking strategic information technology plan. The present survey research was performed to determine different dimensions of change leaders’ competencies & behaviors as well as to scale the degree of the effect they have on their own performance. Statistical population for the study included all 395 managers and directors (chancellor, vices, deans, and heads of departments) of Islamic Azad University located in zone 8. Sample population was calculated 276 persons by use of Morgan Table through classified random sampling. The instrument to collect data was a self-designed questionnaire, including 42 items. Data collected were analyzed by use of measures such as mean, factor analysis and ANOVA. The findings show that characteristics of change leaders could be classified into three main areas as follows: features, competencies, and behaviors. The study also shows that university change leaders' competencies and behaviors have little effect on their own performance, although a high degree of effect was presumed by the leaders. Yet they believe that a training of such skills as problem diagnosing, problem solving and universal orientation could greatly affect their behavior and therefore, would facilitate change implementation. The present study was conducted to determine factors that influence knowledge transfer (KT) between Iranian rehabilitation faculties and organizations presenting rehabilitation services in 2008.The study used a context research method. Statistical population for the study concluded the experts in rehabilitation and academic staff in the field. To collect data required for the study both interview and questionnaire were used. The reliability of the instrument was calculated by use of alpha test that showed a correlation of 94%. Data collected was analyzed by use of T test. The findings showed that at present factors affecting KT are as following: lack of need assessment of the population in research design process, lack of adequate relationship between researchers and employers, the existence of individualistic culture and therefore lack of team work, and lack of structural relationship between the university and organizations presenting the rehabilitation services. An adequate approach to effective transfer of knowledge is to set up a relevant committee or organization to be able to interconnect the users and producers of these services and to respond the requirements.
