چکیده:
مقدمه: رهبری جزء جدایی ناپذیر مدیریت است و نقش اسا سی را در عملیات مدیر ایفا می کند. بدون وجود مدیریتی پویا و مسلط به روش های نوین رهبری، کارایی و اثربخشی مطرلرو در نظام شبکه های بهداشتی و درمانی بیمارستان بدست نمی آید. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین سبک های رهبری مدیران و ارتباط آن با ویژگی های فردی آنان و پرسنل در سطح بیمارستانهای نظامی انرجرام گردیده است. مواد و روش ها: مطال عه به رو ش توصیفی - مقطعی در 6 بیمارستان نظامی کشور که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای، انتخا شده بودند، انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سنرجرش سبک رهبری لیکرت استفاده و سپس اطلاعات اخذ شده با استفاده از آزمون های آماری شامل آنالریرز واریانس یک طرفه، t تست و ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن، توسط 18SPS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: 61 % مدیران با روش استبدادی - خیرخواهانه اعمال رهبری کرده و میانگین امتریراز کسرب شده آنان 95752 بود که در حیطه رهبری استبدادی خیر خواهانه است. 5957 % از کارکنان معتقد بودنرد مدیرانشان دارای سبک رهبری استبدادی – خیرخواهانه هستند و میانگین امتیراز داده شرده تروسرط کارکنان 99252 بود. بین مشخصات دموگرافیک مدیران و سبک رهبری ایشان رابطه معنی داری یافرت = نشد، لیکن بین سن ) 15119 P (، جنس ) 15112 P< = ( و سطح تحصیلات ) 15117 P کارکنان با درک سبک رهبری مدیرانشان روابط معنیداری کشف گردید. بحث و نتیجه گیری: از دی دگاه م دیران و کارکنان سبک رای ج رهبری در بیمار ستان های نظامی، استبدادی – خیرخواهانه است و مدیران هنوز به سبک های مشورتی و مشارکتی در مدیریت خود اعتقادی ندارند.
Background: Leadership is an integral part of management and it plays a major role in operations manager. Effectiveness and efficien-cy management in health care systems achieve only with a dynamic management and fluency in new methods of leadership. This study aimed to determine the leadership style and its relationship between demographic characteristics in military hospitals.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross- sectional and descriptive study in 6 military hospitals selected with cluster sampling. Likert Leadership Styles questionnaire used for data collection. One way ANOVA, t- test , Pearson and Spearman correlations applied for data analysis in SPSS18.
Results: 60% of Managers have benevolent - authoritarian leadership style with average score of 257.8 which is classified inbenevolent - authoritarian field. 53.7% of employees believed that their managers have benevolent - authoritarian style with the average score of 239.3. No Significant relationship was found between demographic charac-teristics of managers and their leadership styles. But there are signif-icant relationships between perceived leadership style and staff age, gender and education.
Conclusion: From managers and employee’s perspective, the com-mon leadership style in military hospitals is benevolent - authoritari-an and they have not believe on participatory manner yet.
