چکیده:
همبودي اختلال شخصيت مرزي با اختلال سوء مصرف مواد بالا است.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي اثربخشي تكنيك هاي تنظيم هيجاني رفتاردرماني ديالكتيك بر راهبردهاي تنظيم هيجاني در زنان مبتلا به همبودي اختلالات شخصيت مرزي و سوء مصرف مواد انجام شد. بر اساس ميزان تمايل يه شركت در پژوهش، مصاحبه تشخيصي ساختاريافته و ملاكهاي ورود، از ميان بيماران زن مبتلا به همبودي اختلالات شخصيت مرزي و سوء مصرف مواد، چهار نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. هر چهار شركتكننده دردوازده جلسه با تكنيكهاي تنظيم هيجاني از رويكرد رفتار درماني ديالكتيك تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. به منظور سنجش راهبردهاي تنظيم هيجان منفي از پرسشنامه نظم جويي شناختي هيجاني گارنفسكي استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از تحليل ديداري نمودارها و شاخص روند، ثبات، درصد داده هاي غير همپوش و درصد داده هاي همپوش استفاده شد . رفتار درماني ديالكتيك نمرات را در راهبردهاي منفي تنظيم هيجاني در زنان مبتلا به همبودي اختلالات شخصيت مرزي و سوء مصرف مواد كاهش داد. بازبيني نمودارهاي اثربخشي و اندازه اثر بيانگر كاهش معنادار راهبردهاي تنظيم هيجاني منفي (شامل ملامت خويشتن، نشخوارفكري، ملامت ديگران و فاجعه انگاري) در شركتكنندگان بود. تكنيك هاي تنظيم هيجاني در كاهش استفاده از راهبردهاي تنظيم هيجان ي منفي (شامل ملامت خويشتن، نشخوارگري، ملامت ديگران و فاجعه انگاري) موثر است و ميتواند براي درمان زنان با همبودي اختلال شخصيت مرزي و سوء مصرف مواد استفاده شود.
Comorbidity between Borderline personality disorder and substance abuse disorder is very high. The present study examined the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorder and substance abuse. Based on the willingness to participate in the research، structured clinical interview and the criteria for inclusion، of female patients with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse 4 people were purposefully selected. These four participants underwent emotion regulation techniques of dialectical behavior therapy for 12 sessions. In order to measure negative emotion regulation strategies، Garnesfky cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire was used. To analyze the collected data، visual analysis of charts and trend indicators، stable، percentage of non-overlapping data and percentage of overlapping data was used. Emotion regulation techniques of Dialectical behavior therapy reduced the scores of negative emotion regulation strategies in women with borderline personality disorders and substance abuse. A review of the effectiveness charts and the amount of effect represented a significant reduction in the use of negative emotion regulation strategies (including self-blame، rumination، blaming others and catastrophizing) in participants. Dialectical behavior therapy is useful in the reduction of the use of emotion regulation strategies (including selfblame، rumination، blaming others an catastrophizing). It seemed these techniques can be useful in the treatment of women with comorbidity borderline personality disorders and substance abuse.
